AOW: Night Dive

Night specialty 2/3 with Andy

Another nice deep dive. One-way with the current. A little deeper than the first.

Saw really pretty fan & branch coral at depth. A fair current so not much time to appreciate the wall and drop-off.

EANx 29. Plenty of seasnakes.

Lower viz than yesterday. Dived with Heather T & Brian

EANx 32, 8l tank. Light SW breeze. Saw a big nudibranch, resting lionfish and a few stonefish

Saw a cool and completely white stonefish, and a big nudi.

EANx33. Awesome dive back at Toilet Bowl. High tide and the water was like a lake, with a current going south. Saw a preying mantis shrimp, many nudis, 3 lionfish at safety stop depth (all different colours). Evidence of overfishing though.

EANx32. Short surface interval because we both had plans later in the day. Saw a few jellyfish in the shallows but no stings, and a fat nudi! A great morning of diving, and a good start to the Spring.

EANx33. 3 weeks out of the water is far too long a time, but it was a nice dive. Felt a little chilly towards the end of it though. Saw a couple of small and cute nudis, and a lionfish.
